Ingredient Grade Matcha. Organically grown without pesticides. Dried by “pan-frying” to stop oxidation. This process lightly ferments the tea, subtly changing its color and the flavor. Brighter color and stronger taste than Chinese Matcha.
Instructions: 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder
1 cup (8 ounces) water at 175 degrees F
Put the powder into a bowl. Slowly add the hot water.
Whisk with the bamboo whisk in a "w" shape until frothy and well mixed.
