Earl grey is a blend of Chinese black tea and Italian bergamot oil. Earl Grey is also sometimes referred to as the Copenhagen Blend, as it was traditionally sourced from Denmark through the 1960's. It brews a medium bodied cup with fruity, dry, citrus aromatics. Natural CO2 decaffeination process.

Recommended brewing: 3-5 minutes at 190-212°F (87-100°C).
